Fenix Version: Mozilla/5.0 (Android 9; Mobile; rv:68.0) Gecko/68.0 Firefox/68.0 Device: asus zenfone max pro m1 (zb602kl) Android Version: 9 Issue Type: Functional (doesn’t behave as expected) Tried in other browser: ☐

Steps to Reproduce

1) type address bar/new tab... 2)hide a keybord 3)choose "scan" button (bottom part of a screen) 4)display ultra dim and don't see a qr-code

Expected Behavior

Typing address by qr-code scanning should be always working corectly and fast

Actual Behavior

When using "scan" possibility for typing address(QR-code icon), it is immpossible to scan any qr-code due to completly dim screen (look at screenshot)(when camera pointed at qr-code it doesn't react), other qr scanners or default camera apps works correctly(normal lightness)

Please re-send the Screenshot to have a better understanding of this issue.

There are some known issues with the QR scanner, but we don't have the device specified to reproduce this. Leaving this open for investigation.
