Steps to Reproduce

1) Open link via Whatsapp 2) Scroll down in the page

Expected Behavior

Fluent, flicker-free navigation

Actual Behavior

Flashing the screen when you reach the end of the web page CNN.com

Hi and thanks for your report. I've managed to reproduce the above mentioned issue on the latest Fenix build #11821258 from 1/7 using a Google Pixel 3 XL (Android 9). Video

Based on this, I'll mark this ticket as a bug.
