Steps to Reproduce

1) Go to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1536797 (or any website that can be parsed by reader mode) 2) Zoom in the page 3) Enter reader mode

Expected Behavior

It should show the text in the default font size in the beginning

Actual Behavior

It shows the text in bigger font size and can't be zoomed out
