Steps to Reproduce

After adding my Firefox Sync account to Firefox Preview, the installments of Firefox at my other devices ( Windows 7 , Android, iOS ) receive all data synced from Firefox Preview. But the other way doesn't work: any activities from other devices don't appear, at all, at Firefox Preview.

Expected Behavior

Activities from my use of Firefox ( Firefox and Firefox Beta ) at another devices syncing to Firefox Preview.

Actual Behavior

None of my activities made at other instances of Firefox ( new bookmarks, history of sites visited, saved logins, etc ) sync to my Firefox Preview.

I was able to reproduce this but it looks like the problem is on Fennec (Firefox for Android). Syncing just between Fennec and a desktop app will have the same results. I will investigate and create a bug for the Sync services.
