[BUG] Getting back to a previous page doesn't scroll back to where I was

What Android Version are you using? 8.0.0 Issue Type choose one of the following

Issue description Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to a website with a long page and numerous links out, like a newspaper website, or https://m.facebook.com/home.php
2. Scroll down to an article that was not initially visible
3. Click on a link in this article; this loads a new page
4. On the new page click the back button (the triangle).

What were you hoping/expecting the browser to do? Going back to the original page and scrolling down to the point I was.

Actual behaviour Went to the initial page but it didn't scroll down to the point I left it. (I have to manually scroll down and on a long page like FB it is extremely annoying).

Did you try in another browser

• [X] Yes. I tried in Firefox Nightly (Fennec) on the same phone and it worked well (back to the article I was reading)
