Steps to Reproduce

1) Opened browser 2) Browser bar is at the bottom of the screen, then jumps to the middle of the screen when text is being entered 3) When new tab is opened, browser bar is in the middle of the screen and does not visually stand out.

Expected Behavior

I was hoping the bar would stay at the top of the browser.

Actual Behavior

See above.

Wish for an upcoming feature

Return the browser bar to top of the screen!

Firefox Preview has the URL bar at the bottom of the screen. I will close this as invalid since the reporter is anonymous and cannot provide more details.
