Click settings
Select desktop site
Website will refresh to open in desktop mode
Click the three dots
Desktop site toggle is not updated to show enabled state
toggle desktop site again
Website will not switch to mobile view
Toggling desktop site should open correct version of website and switch ui should update as well
Desktop site toggle switch does not update
Once in desktop mode, cannot toggle back to mobile view

Steps to Reproduce
Open www.bing.com
Click settings
Select desktop site
Website will refresh to open in desktop mode
Click the three dots
Desktop site toggle is not updated to show enabled state
toggle desktop site again
Website will not switch to mobile view
Expected Behavior
Toggling desktop site should open correct version of website and switch ui should update as well
Actual Behavior
Desktop site toggle switch does not update
Once in desktop mode, cannot toggle back to mobile view
