Angular app skeleton with stylus/bootstrap layout.
Working Persona login, needs mozillians validation and return location/group
Bootstrap design, needs to be either LESSified to use Sandstone or Sandstone gets STYLified 1

Angular and CSS - R+WC looks ok with minor comments Backend Persona authentication and changes - R- unless there is a specific reason why the Persona changes we just implemented were removed
