Production;

Affected Platforms:

Across platforms;

Browsers tested on:

Firefox, Release version, Desktop and Mobile;
Chrome, Release version, Desktop;

Prerequisites:

Be signed in into a Free Firefox Relay account;
Have five masks created;
Have a VPN set to a Non-Premium country (e.g. Romania, Brazil);

Steps to reproduce:

Install the add-on (make sure the “Show Relay icon in email fields on websites” option is turned on);
Go to a site that contains a fill-able email field (e.g. Facebook);
Click on the Relay Field Icon and observe its menu;
Switch the VPN to a Premium country (e.g. the USA, France, Germany);
Refresh the page from step 2;
Repeat step 3;

Expected result:

The Waitlist CTAs have switched to Premium CTAs;

Actual result:

The Waitlist CTAs remain;

Notes:

As per Maxx, this might be a larger issue;
This can be fixed by reinstalling the add-on. It seems that the add-on acknowledges the location of the user at the installation moment only;
