2.4.6 -> 2.5.0: The tagged release was submitted to AMO (self-signed) via automation so I was unable to submit for Firefox hosted with this version number. @Vinnl landed this PR to stop that behavior in the future.
2.5.0 -> 2.5.1: This submission, I uploaded the artifact .zip from the automation tool. This became an AMO issue, where ./github files were messing with the L10N release. (No lint errors in AMO, FWIW)
