Password reset emails not received from Alibaba.com #1622

Customer reports password reset emails are not received from alibaba.com. All other emails are sent through with no issue however, password emails specifically are not forwarded via Relay. Dashboard counter does not reflect forwarded emails either.

Headers provided below are from successful email received w/ email address. Customers email address has been removed for privacy purposes.

I appear to have the same problem with 0patch.com. I don't receive the password reset email that was requested. The host emailed me separately to say it had been sent.
