Relay has already been removed from there in the past: https://github.com/disposable/disposable/issues/97

It looks like they have a "graylist" now for email services that allow anonymous signup, but I'm not sure what the criteria are. Regular email services like Protonmail and Tutanota appear to be on the list, and while they allow anonymous signup, as far as I know Gmail allows that as well and is not on the lis?
