Affected platforms: Windows 10 64-bit macOS 10.15

Browsers tested on: Firefox

Steps to reproduce:

Navigate to https://dev.fxprivaterelay.nonprod.cloudops.mozgcp.net/ and sign in using an existing account.
Click “Back” button in the browser.
Sign in.

Actual result: “Firefox Relay” page is correctly displayed.

Expected result: “Social network login failure” is displayed.

@moz-astults confirms this happens on relay.firefox.com too.
