Add Android versions to Amplitude

When looking at OS in Amplitude, we see the numbered version. (e.g. iOS 12.1 or Windows 8.1)

The OS for Android however doesn't include the version.

This has been making it difficult to investigate metric changes.

Let's see what we can do to add that.

It seems strange to me that some events seem to send a version and others don't.
