Display release date for game on game detail page #172

Should parse the created field of the game data object and display in the format Jan 15, 2014.

Or we could have a timestamp for the date when the admin reviews and accepts a game to be hosted on Galaxy, and display that since it would be the date it's released on Galaxy.
