fix #173 curation page game icon display issue #174

This is just a quick fix so that game icon can be displayed on curation page.

There is still a bit of makeup to do as mentioned in #175. Currently curation page is using quite a bit of its own styling, which does the job but is a bit inefficient since all three game management pages can share the same styling.
