standardise styling across all game management pages #175

Currently the three management pages (curation page, reviewer dashboard and developer dashboard pages) have inconsistent layout and styling. It would be more efficient if the same styling can be re-used for all pages (particularly applicable to curation page)

Just for consistency, should curation page also use font awesome icons? @cvan
