Form submissions and robust templates #12

The first commit hopefully deals with the issue where initially without a challenge in the DB the site will throw errors.

Second commit deals with the form submissions:

reverted back to categories being a 1-1 with entries
added in some messaging around the Mozilla Marketplace
added in the functionalty where if a user selects 'yes' to submitting to the marketplace they get sent there on submitting their entry
