The exporter in all honesty was/is a bit shit - it works but the formatting goes totally off when a user inserts line breaks into their challenge entry and forces a large number of confusing looking rows (which you can delete and have all the data but that's rather cumbersome).
That's a bug that is probably a good thing to fix :)
