Explain what the different tracking protection options in GeckoView are and how to update the settings. Also explain what the defaults are and what it means.

This should as much as possible concentrate on using tracking protection with GV and link to external resources for context around what TP is.

I'm not sure which version of the GeckoView api the documentation should use (nightly, beta or stable)? Since 70.0.20190813095543(Actually nightly) the api for tracking protection has changed drastically.

Definitely nightly, but really we should probably have documentation in tree for this reason.
