Make Glam development more accessible for working in the open

To capture what Eric said today in the Fx Platform meeting about what we can do to make GLAM development more accessible and better aligned with our working in the open policy - below are some suggestions for improvement:

• reduce the complexity of environment setup, especially for FE devs, UX, etc.
• increase the use of Storybook for UI components and views
• change links from Slack to Element
• package.json scripts aren’t well documented
• data isn’t public. Contributors would need access to NDA’d data
