Create STMO dashboards for all supported probe types #2086

As the first step to #2083, let's create STMO dashboards for all probe types that we support in GLAM. Once we have that available, we can link to them from the View SQL pop up window. This list includes:

Telemetry Histograms:

[ ] exponential
[ ] linear
[ ] boolean
[ ] categorical
[ ] enumerated
[ ] flag
[ ] count
[ ] keyed histogram

Telemetry Scalars

[ ] regular scalars
[ ] keyed scalars

Glean

[ ] timing_distribution
[ ] memory_distribution
[ ] custom_distribution
[ ] boolean
[ ] counter
[ ] labeled_counter
[ ] quantity
[ ] timespan
