Label the y-axis #638

"When I was reading the page from top-to-bottom, I saw the client count above the charts. Then I became confused as to how the values in the summary chart could be correct, but I later realized they weren’t actually clients."

We don't reliably have access to the measurement units for old school telemetry Firefox Desktop probes. For Glean probes (both in Firefox Desktop and any other products) we can usually (always?) extract the units, and we should definitely add them to the Y-axis and the header of the summary table.
