Add social share #225

As discussed in redpen (https://redpen.io/p/wjdd96d46ae8c63dc3) we could about add social share to this screen.

If we do this, it'll probably be a few heartbeats from now. One issue we've had in the past here is that social media icons are automatically behavioural trackers, too, so putting them in in a way that loads the actual social feature only at the very last moment will be important.
