parses date to prevent timezone offsets #59

Fixes #57

There might be more work to be done to make sure things work as expected, but this should fix the immediate issue of the timezone offset.

This does look to correctly shift the values and it now draws a point for the final day in the range, but I cannot mouse over that final data point in the graphs, so I cannot see the exact value for the end date of the range.

Thanks, will look into this. I suspect there are a few more tweaks to get this to work correctly from a UX point of view.
