Use Broccoli for build #19

Broccoli is looking like a much better build tool, so we should use that for v2 over grunt. Grunt is great for tasks, and broccoli is just one of said tasks.

I'm using it as part of my "write good apps to extract things from" project.

around has a lot of moving parts and might not make sense as a "follow along with us to build an app" reference app like I was proposing as a recroom guide after all. (I think it might've even been you who pointed that out in Toronto, but now I forget)

Ember-CLI uses it. #65 will fix it.
