Make media player bigger #44

Not everybody is twenty with eagle-sharp eyes. https://github.com/thasmin/Podax on Android has actually a special tab (aside from "All my podcasts", "Search for new podcast", and "Current queue" ones) with a media player. Its Android appstore page shows it pretty nicely.

Definitely agree. In the future I want a full-screen view of the podcast cover art with playback controls. I shipped with what “worked”, but even for me (I’m 26), that screen is awful small!

Addressed a bit in #54, which improves the player and makes the touch targets larger. I'll still want to do more, but it's a good start.

Closing as we'll be fixing up the codebase and want to keep the issues here for the new version we're working on.
