Add UI for a invite link #273

I added something so that if you ever open a link like https://github.com/mozilla/hotdish/wiki[anything]#invite=groupId then it will pop open a new window with Hotdish activated for groupId. I figure we'll put up a Wiki page explaining how to install Hotdish and that can be the page people land on (or just change the link to wherever).

But we need a way for people to get this link.

Lazy/easy place to put it: the camera page.

Proper place: put it in the invite screen (in addition to the contacts)

@aarondruck: last little bit for you, I added in a copy button, and the layout needs to be tweaked a little.
