how do we set the Hotdish session Group name #292

and who has control to do this?

maybe to start, we just have set group names for each window that you can't change. They can be set to fruits and vegetable names, or something.

I think this relates to the stuff in group-manager.js that button.js invokes, that @gregglind wrote – but I didn't really understand how that all fit together.
