can we improve the addon text and add the icon? #296

Right now it looks like that. Can we name it "Hotdish" and have a more descriptive title and add the icon?

It's all in /package.json - https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Add-ons/SDK/Tools/package_json

I think the "1" is the version number.
