remove the blue color and hotdish logo after addon install

when a user first installs the addon, the bar turns blue and the hotdish logo appears.

shouldnt the hotdish session start only after the user hits the hotdish button in the toolbar?

@ianb no, it appeared right after I downloaded the addon after going to https://togetherjs.com/hotdish/
