Evaluate htbridge.com tests (radar, websec) #81

Regarding htbridge.com section, there is the SSL test (https://www.htbridge.com/ssl/).

Would it be possible adding these two too? https://www.htbridge.com/radar/ and https://www.htbridge.com/websec/.

I've thought about it, but the websec one is pretty duplicative of the HTTP Observatory at the top (as well as securityheaders) and the radar one is only nominally something that a developer could fix. I like their regular TLS tests because of the NIST/etc. tests which provide unique and useful information but I don't know if the other tests are a great fit.
