Allow email for login - update frontend #373

A user who does not remember their username has no way to login to the Teach site. Anyone who attended MakerParty last year would be shut out this year. They cannot login, they can't recover their username.

Two easy fixes:

  1. Allow the use of username OR email address and label the frontend accordingly. The API already supports this. Works via android app.
  2. Add username to the pwd reset emails (#372)
