Deploy train-2014.05.23 to staging #148

@callahad landed a fix for the bug that blocked yesterday's release (mozilla/persona#4131) in a train-05.23.2014 branch yesterday (#147).

Let's throw that sucker on stage and see if things work :beers:

Actually, I think we might want to cut a different branch, since 5-23 seems to be cut from the 4-16 train, not from dev. To be continued.

Oh, whoops. I was trying to minimize the diff against stage, which we had vetted pretty thoroughly.

At the time, stage was mozilla/persona@90e48d00cd58712a37857e1304cb3f7a0278612f, which was not a child of train-2014.04.16. I'm happy to run with a new train branched off of dev.

Aha, makes perfect sense. I'll cut another train in a bit :-)

Once we've got a branch name and commit hash I'll build a stage stack for it.
