Deploy branch issue-4144-broken-primaries to stage #160

I'm not sure we've done this before, but since personatest.org is still out of commission, is it possible to put this branch on stage and see if it fixes mozilla/browserid#4144 on fxos devices?

Paging @relud: we need to fix this Persona/FxOS breakage, and personatest.org is still out of commission. Any chance we could put this branch on stage today?

By the way, I can open bugzilla bugs for persona deploys if that fits into your workflow better, just let me know.

Ya, would you open an identity-ops staging deploy issue and we can track the deploy there

I'm assuming that the https://github.com/mozilla/persona/commit/dedf5ec9c891e1deb1186e0159c0a15536bca61c commit at the HEAD of that branch is what we want to build from.

Are you gonna merge in the log rotation change?

@jrgm this is just to see if shane's fix will resolve the busted primaries issue - we'll use the normal train process for the next actual release.

Stack 0702 is live in staging.
