wait, what? does this mean we don't have metrics at all?

good point: it means that pentaho has been broken for a while, and has been confirmed as not coming back. so I'm preventing servers from continuing to send metrics to pentaho. we still have graphite/cloudwatch metrics.

@6a68, @relud: the right thing to do here is send app log data to the shared heka/es/kibana stack. This will require (1) a heka client on the persona side, (2) small changes to the logging format, and (3) some configuration on the shared stack. I'll log the bugs and can get PRs for (2) and (3), but may need some help from @relud with (1).
