ver.txt on stage does not match top of deployment branch #169

If I'm reading this right, this means that there were two commits on this branch (basically, a merge of a pull request) after the rpm was built. This is mightily confusing, and requires QA to actually pull out those two commits and actually inspect them.

While it may seem like no big deal to verify that the changes to the rpm spec are no-ops as far as the code is concerned, anyone coming to this six months from now is going to look at the fact that ver.txt does not return the top of the branch and ask, "How do we know what we actually deployed?"

This was caused by me building the rpm incorrectly. Fix is currently being deployed to stage.
