i-f169d99b 10.146.37.75 webhead instance failed #66

This webhead failed. I've removed it from the load balancers and will troubleshoot what caused it's failure tomorrow and either destroy the autoscaled instance or re-add it to the load balancer

I've re-added the host to the ELB and re-enabled monitoring on it

This instance was in the identity-prod-prod-webhead-0525 stack which is gone now (didn't have a chance to dig into it)
