Solve sl-security yum autoupdate problem and possibly enable automatic yum updating of security issues #72

So turns out due to a bug at 33bd3c308eeb4923d7c020f49f42587a83ad3655 this hasn't been enabled and it's been running and working.

I'll clean fix the bug, clean this up and enable it properly.
