proxy_idps config must be identical on webheads and dbwriters (gmail bridge stage ministack). #79

I was looking across the servers for the proxy_idps setting, and the dbwrite instance (identity-dev-stage-dbwrite-0620, 10.148.29.253) does not have the settings for gmail.com and googlemail.com, which needs it set there as well. c.f., https://github.com/mozilla/identity-ops/issues/27
