mobile design - footer and email subscription interfere with eachother #51

this happens at least on the German and English version of the website https://internethealthreport.org/2018/ the e-mail subscription is displayed on-top of the footer for some reason (text over text) What I see using fennec: screenshot_20180410-181207_01
