Note I had to install a bunch of additional dependencies to get this working on EC2 Ubuntu: https://github.com/GoogleChrome/puppeteer/issues/290#issuecomment-322921352

Gonna go ahead and merge this for now. As @mquander and I discussed, this repo probably shouldn't contain these squawker tools. Instead, it should just contain a reference implementation of a publisher and client to demonstrate janus-plugin-sfu's capabilities. We should clean this up at a later date, assuming we want to keep the squawkers around in the future.
