It would be nice to have a way to configure a specific whiteboard tag (or maybe a choice of white board tags) to be added for a new bug in a given component.

Provide a user configurable set of whiteboard tags to be added including a default, that should be the first choice.

A very basic feature to facilitate whiteboard tagging is added in #7, but it's not currently user-configurable. Next step would be to support this via user options.
