Link to akela for 'make download' dead #58

"make download" tries to fetch the following jar:

http://people.mozilla.org/~bsmedberg/akela-0.5-SNAPSHOT.jar

This file is no longer available at this location.

+1 same problem here

Replace it to https://github.com/mozilla-metrics/mozilla-metrics.github.com/raw/master/maven2/snapshots/com/mozilla/akela/0.5-SNAPSHOT/akela-0.5-20121025.180034-1.jar fixed for now
