Adjust template so that navigation doesn't get cut off when there are lots of items. #346

For example, in http://mozilla.github.io/learning-networks/clubs/events-women-girls-guide/ on smaller screens, the navigation runs off of the bottom of the page and is not accessible.

Fixed this in #347 by hiding the image in the sidebar when the window isn't very tall, which should help.

However, if there are lots of menu items, it's still possible that some will be hidden. It's just less likely to happen. Will address in another fix.

And fixed totally in #348 - if the nav is taller than the window, it will now scroll in a way that makes all of the items accessible.
