Additional Changes to the Gigabit Apply Page (Steps) #2522

Hi! We have some updates needed to the steps at the bottom of the apply page (simplifying the steps now that the migration to Fluxx is complete).

So, on this page - https://learning.mozilla.org/en-US/gigabit/apply - we need to update steps to the version I shared with you Hannah (and below).
