Edit Quickstart documentation to take into account cfx deprecation #694

I think the Quickstart docs should be altered to take into account that cfx no longer exists. The link to "install" the Mozilla Add-on SDK goes to a page with instructions to jpm. This makes the Quickstart guide irrelevant without further investigation.
