This PR is to add 3 new tables with data from Cloudflare:

browser_usage: mozdata.analysis.cloudflare_browser_usage_data
device_usage: mozdata.analysis.cloudflare_device_usage_data
operating_system_usage: mozdata.analysis.cloudflare_os_usage_data
