Different moderation queue for two moderator accounts #465

[Precondition]: Have two Moderator 1 accounts with same languages added in the profile

[STR]: 1.Open https://mresponse-staging.herokuapp.com/dashboard/ for both accounts

[Expected result]: Moderate queue should have the same number (e.g 107)

Did some investigation and it seems I already moderate from that account (the one with fewer responses in the queue). Closing the bug as invalid!
