Improve using canned reponses

E.g.:

• leave that sidebar open. I do not want to click each time.
• have some "recently used" area somewhere.
• make them more responsive: they seem to be designed for a small width (screen) currently. However, if I have more width, it can show me the canned responses directly next to my input field and also keep the last ones open. This saves me clicks and a lot of time then.)
• do provide a link list with only links (sometimes better to integrate than common responses, and may also include more topics)
• do mention that you can use bit.ly fpr generating links to support articles (SUMO). This was absolutely new to me.
• let me easily use/select only a part of one canned response (currently it copies the whole thing!)
• do have some snippets for non-topic things, but just the combiners, e.g.
